This policy explains how Idle & Awake Time ("we", "us") handles information when you visit this website.

1. What we collect

We don't ask you to create an account, and we don't run comment forms or newsletters. We do not collect your name or email unless you email us.

Technical data. Our hosting and security provider, Cloudflare, processes technical information needed to deliver pages safely — such as IP address, browser type and the pages requested — for security, abuse prevention and aggregate traffic statistics.

Analytics. We may use Cloudflare Web Analytics, which counts page views without cookies and without tracking you across sites.

Your preferences. If you switch between light and dark mode, or star cities on the world clock, those choices are stored in your browser's local storage on your device only.

Your time zone. To show "your" time, the site reads the time zone setting of your browser. This happens on your device; it is never sent to us. We don't ask for or use your precise location.

2. Advertising and cookies

This site is supported by advertising provided by Google AdSense.

4. Support buttons

The "Buy Me a Coffee" panel loads Buy Me a Coffee's own page only after you click the button; nothing from Buy Me a Coffee loads before that. Their privacy policy applies inside the panel. The Ko-fi link simply opens Ko-fi's website.

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct or delete personal data, to object to or restrict processing, and to withdraw consent.
